Client Responsibility
All services provided by Quarnex AI are delivered based on the inputs, instructions, and requirements provided by the client. The client is solely responsible for how they use our services and any outcomes resulting from that use. We do not monitor or control client usage once the service is delivered.
Liability
Under no circumstances shall Quarnex AI, its founders, team, partners, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, business losses, client disputes, financial losses, compliance issues, or legal claims.
All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Use of Third-Party Tools
Quarnex AI may utilize third-party platforms, APIs, tools, or services to deliver the final outcome. We do not own or control these third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability, data handling, pricing changes, or performance issues.
By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that third-party tools may be part of the delivery process.
Performance Guarantee
While we strive to provide high-quality services, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding specific results such as lead conversions, revenue growth, appointment rates, or customer engagement. Client results may vary based on numerous external factors beyond our control.
We respect your privacy. Quarnex AI does not sell, rent, or trade client data under any circumstances.
All data shared with us is handled confidentially and used solely for service delivery. We may store limited information strictly for service continuity, support, or legal compliance.
We will never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, unless legally required.
Payment & Refunds
All payments made to Quarnex AI are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Due to the nature of digital service delivery and customization, we do not offer refunds once the service has begun or been delivered, unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand.
Any disputes regarding payment must be raised within 3 business days of the transaction.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any client found to be engaging in abusive, illegal, fraudulent, or unethical behavior. This includes misuse of our platform, violation of these terms, or any actions that compromise the integrity of our service or reputation.
Policy Updates
These policies may be updated periodically without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of Quarnex AI services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
