Refund Policy

No Refunds by Default

Due to the customized, digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun or the service has been delivered.

Refund Exceptions

We may consider partial refunds only if:

  • There was a clear, verifiable error on our end.

  • The request was submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

  • No third-party integrations have been activated.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to team@quarnex.cloud.

Chargebacks

Any fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate service termination and potential legal action. We maintain records to dispute unjustified claims.

Disputes

All disputes related to payments will be reviewed fairly, but Quarnex AI maintains sole discretion over the outcome.
